The main space has a modern, industrial aesthetic with a warm vibe your guests are sure to love. Featuring polished cement floors, a beautiful staircase, raw wood and metal accents, and our signature garage-style doors.

Guests are allowed to configure the main floor furniture however they choose, and complete table and chiar set up/take down themselves. For an additional $200 fee (optional), ANNEX staff will complete this for you.

The rooftop offers some of the most stunning views in the valley by day, and the perfect ambiance under the string lights by night.

Specs & What’s Included:

  • Max capacity: 48

  • 6 patio tables with umbrellas, seats 28

  • 3 gazebos with couches, seats 24

  • Sound system

  • Free WiFi

  • Open seasonally (mid-March through mid-Nov)

Guests are NOT allowed to move the rooftop furniture on their own. Any changes to the rooftop configuration requires an additional $200 fee (mandatory) and will be completed by ANNEX staff before and after your event.

 
 

Pricing

Main Floor

Venue Pricing

Please know that availability changes daily and placing a deposit is the only way to secure your preferred date.

Deposit

A $300 deposit (paid separately and in addition to your rental fee) is due at the time of your booking, refundable after a successful inspection.

Rates

All events require a 5-hour minimum booking.

Summer Rates (Apr - Oct)

  • $200 per hour or $1,500 for the entire day, includes both the rooftop and main space

Winter Rates (Nov - Mar)

  • $130 per hour or $950 for the entire day, includes main space only

Extras

 

Add-On Items

  • Table linens (available in white, black, navy, and cream): $70 per group of 10

  • Linen napkins (available in a variety of colors): $15 per group of 50; $25 per group of 100

  • Round tables: $75 for 10 (5’ diameter)

  • Rooftop heaters: $80 for 4

  • Table and chair set up/take down before and after your event: $200 (main space)

  • Reconfigure rooftop furniture: $200
