Steps to book The ANNEX for your next event:

Contact us using the form below or text (435)-200-1511 to check venue availability for your preferred date(s).
Pay the $300 deposit to reserve your date. (This is separate and in addition to the rental fee. You will submit two payments, one for the rental fee and one for the deposit. For example: if you book a full day in winter for $950, you will submit a payment of $300 for the deposit, and a separate payment of $950 for the rental fee.)
Sign the Guest Contract and agree to Guest Rules.
Pay the rental fee & optional add-ons per the contract agreement.
After your event, the space will be inspected and deposit refunded per the contract agreement.
